Paper feed section (chain feed)

The paper feeding platform is formed by rectangular square steel splicing, which is convenient for disassembly and transportation. The table is welded with hot carbon steel plate of Laigang, the paper feeding chain is made of Zhejiang Wuyi Hundred shield precision chain, and the paper pusher is made of polymer nylon material, with high strength and durability.
1. Unit assembly
1) Electric control unit is divided and closed, with warning light and alarm bell. The alarm bell in the flight room ensures the personal safety of the crew.
2) Pneumatic chain mechanism, unit assembly lock firmly.
3) The main motor starts with a protective device, which will not start when the load is too high.

2 feed shaft

3 Paper feeding table

Rubber roller for ink transfer

1) The shaft is made of thick-walled seamless steel pipe with a wall thickness of 25mm, sandblasting treatment and dynamic balance correction.
2) the surface of the steel tube is wrapped with wear-resistant rubber, ¢230mm diameter, 65 degrees hardness, grinding out a parabolic high, ink transfer effect uniform.
3 Printing roller

1) The diameter of the printing drum is 705.60mm, and the diameter of the plate is 720mm. 16Me steel plate is rolled and welded, normalized and tempered to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation caused by long-term operation. Surface finishing, surface grinding, hard chrome plating. Dynamic balance correction runs smoothly.
2) Manual adjustment of the axial direction of the printing roller, the adjustment range is ±10mm, which is convenient for color matching.
3) Equipped with pedal switch, control version roll positive and negative, convenient paste version, repair version.

4 bottom roller
1) Diameter 176mm, thick wall seamless steel pipe surface finishing, grinding, hard chrome plating. Dynamic balance correction.

5 the paper roll

1) The upper paper roller is made of high quality seamless steel pipe after normalizing and tempering treatment to eliminate internal stress. The surface is finished, grinding, chrome plating, equipped with embossing wheel and prepressing wheel with self-locking position.
2) The paper receiving roller is made of high quality seamless steel after normalizing and tempering treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation caused by long-term operation. Surface finishing, surface grinding, hard chrome plating. Dynamic balance correction, surface finishing, grinding, chrome plating.
3) The paper roller is manually adjusted through the paper gap, and the dial displays the value. The adjustment range is 0~12mm.

4) The last set of paper receiving rollers shall be installed with the prepressing wire roller, which will not burst the wire when the die cutting wire roller is used to process poor paper board.
6 Phase adjustment mechanism

1) The printing phase is controlled by microcomputer.

7. Ink supply system

1) pneumatic unidirectional diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, safety and energy saving.

8 Printing lock shaft function
1) Pneumatic brake lock shaft function, automatic shaft lock when the unit is separated, keep the printing position of the plate roller motionless (the phase of the printing plate roller is not limited).
2) When the unit is combined, the machine will not be damaged because of the change of gear position.
Four die cutting department


1 die cutting roller
1) The diameter of die-cutting upper roll is 460mm (including version), welded with high-quality seamless steel pipe, the wall thickness is 35mm, the surface is ground and the dynamic balance is corrected.
2) rubber pad roller adopts mechanical linear speed compensation to avoid die cutting size after rubber pad wear.
3) the rubber pad roll lateral travel 40 mm, ensure that each die cutting cutter version will not cut to the same position, prolong the service life of the rubber pad.
4) The rubber pad is made of imported material with a thickness of 10mm.
5) There is a repair mechanism above the rubber pad roll. After the rubber pad is used to a certain extent, the surface can be automatically turned and repaired in the case of poor flatness, so as to improve the die-cutting effect.
2 die cutting roll
1) The diameter of the drum is 672mm, and the size of the plate is 722mm. It is processed by Tianjin seamless high quality pipe, and the surface is ground and plated with hard chromium.
2) Surface horizontal and horizontal scribing drilling, M10 turnbuckle.
3) with free slotting mechanism, box height adjustment four knife synchronization. Making a pair of boxes saves the cost of plate making.
3 Wire pressing mechanism
